Trusts Lawyer Service
Trusts Lawyer
Our trusts lawyer can assist you with drafting a family discretionary trust. A family trust is a relationship between a person who establishes the trust ("Settlor") for the benefit of others ("Beneficiaries"), and does not play an active role in the management of trust property. A trustee legally owns the trust property. There are two types of trusts: a testamentary trust and an inter vivos trust (living trust).
1. Testamentary Trust.
A testamentary trust is a trust that is created on the day the Settlor dies.
2. Inter Vivos Trust (Living Trust).
An inter vivos trust is a trust created during the life of a Settlor.
Our family trust lawyer offers legal services in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Brampton and Toronto.
