Trusts Lawyer Service

Our lawyers can assist you with drafting a Trust.  A Trust is a relationship between a person who establishes the trust ("Settlor") for the benefit of others ("Beneficiaries"), and does not play an active role in the management of trust property. A Trustee legally owns the trust property. There are two types of Trusts: Testamentary Trust and Inter Vivos Trust (Living Trust).

1. Testamentary Trust.

A Testamentary Trust is a trust that is created on the day the Settlor dies.

2. Inter Vivos Trust (Living Trust).

An Inter Vivos Trust is a trust created during the life of a Settlor.

Our lawyers offer legal services in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Brampton and Toronto.
